DGCOS is the Ombudsman Scheme for the Double Glazed, uPVC Windows, Doors and Conservatory industry, ensuring that every consumer using a DGCOS Accredited Installer receives extensive purchase protection.
Consumers using a DGCOS member firm will have access to the most powerful consumer protection body in the double glazing industry.
DGCOS will restore consumer confidence by providing peace of mind and protection when consumers use a DGCOS Accredited Installer.
