Double Glazing, Lincolnshire - Quality
BS EN ISO 9001 Double Glazing

The mark of a high quality double glazed window or doors is, without doubt, the kitemark. The mark of exceptional customer services and true quality throughout is the seal of approval from the British Standards Institute (BSI) in the shape of ISO 9001.

BS EN ISO 9001 took over where BS 5750 left off. Spire Windows was a BS 5750 registered firm and has held ISO 9001 certification since it's inception - assessment after assessment - clearly demonstrating, year after year, that the company is customer focused and lives up to the requirements of all kitemarks and quality management procedures.

What ISO 9001 Quality Systems means to you

More than a bunch of numbers!
ISO 9001 means we make quality our priority.

ISO 9001 Requirements: The standard includes a number of requirements which the company must fulfill in order to achieve customer satisfaction through consistent products and services which meet customer expectations. The standard also  includes a requirement for continual improvement of the Quality Management System - which means we are always striving for perfection.

In simple terms; ISO 9001 ensures that we do what we say we will do and not just say we'll do all the right things and not just do them leading up to and during an assessment. Our activities are audited. Our customer feedback is audited. Our systems, from buying our components right through to installations and invoicing is all monitored by BSI to ensure we remain committed to our quality management system.

Ultimately, it demands excellence at all levels, for every window, every door, very single sealed unit - for each and every single customer.
