In order to always be manufacturing the absolute best products on the market, we are always looking for the best components out there. "If there's anything better than what we are using, we will use it."

Initially we had all of our double glazed windows and doors tested by BSI and we can't change a screw a nut or a bolt or anything without first getting approval from BSI to make sure that any new component works.

All double glazing manufacturers that are kitemarked must meet the same specification but our own standards tend to be a lot higher than most.

There are many companies, including kitemarked manufacturers, that are churning uPVC windows and doors out left right and centre, mass production, that's not our area.

Our area is where we inspect every piece, every corner - make sure it's grooved properly.

We try and source the best materials; the best locks, the best handles, the best hinges.

If something new comes out on the market tomorrow that's better than what I'm on we will change on to it.

But first we have to get BSI's approval.
