All products installed by Spire Window Systems are manufactured at our factory in Louth, using the latest technology and working to ISO 9001 and Kitemark standards.
PVC-u
Windows and doors start in bar-length PVC-u profile and process through our computerised machining centre, before having reinforcing added, corners welded and cleaned. Hardware (handles, locks etc.,) are all added manually and all testing, at all stages, is carried out to our strict factory production control, to ensure compliance with our kitemarks.
Glass
All our sealed units are manufactured in compliance with our EN 1279 kitemark - following a strict production control. Thermal qualities are maximised substantially using Low-E glass along with a warm-edge sealant and Argon gas.
Quality Control
As part of our regularly assessed and audited Quality Management System, all our products face daily 'in production' inspections, along with all individual items being inspected prior to being approved for installation.
